an autumn beauty

we had so much fun creating these photos last winter – not only because of the gorgeous light and setting of this little hidden gem, but also because it was a collaboration with some truly talented ladies. this little bridal session was inspired by the golden tones and rich textures/colors of autumn & winter in santa barbara (which are usually pretty much the same over here in sunny california). we absolutely loved the amazing and unexpected (hello pomegranate!) bouquet created by fleur de rye paired with minimal and delicate styling.  fun little facts: our stunning model was actually our neighbor, newly married and also named autym!
