we loved photographing this mini session with this sweet family – plus extended family! one of our favorite things to do for family sessions are “at-home” sessions, where things feel more natural and organic. they had a large family thanksgiving get together at this amazing home in montecito and it was the perfect backdrop to document this sweet time together.
sam & cat are hands down one of our favorite couples ever and it’s embarrassing how long it took us to blog this (even though it was featured on SMP a while back!). not only are we huge fans of their personal style, they are such a fun couple and chose the most perfect venue for their celebration: the fig house in LA! such a gorgeous setting with the most amazing stained glass installations and mid century & art-deco furniture! plus, how cute are they during their double- first look (one of our favorite moments!)?
